不是日日都是好日，把幸福微小化

今年過年的最後幾天，我高燒了三天，往後的兩個月內，身體狀況時好時壞。

現實不允許我休養生息，而是殘酷地也讓孩子感冒、過敏不斷，身心的疲累不僅沒有減輕還不斷層層堆積。

荒廢了至少兩個月的瑜伽，讓我全身痠痛不已，身體的每一寸肌肉都因為睡眠嚴重不足及因為焦慮緊張而顯得無限緊繃。

我安慰自己：「不是日日都是好日。」

我決定把生活中「微小的快樂」標準降到最低最低，哪怕只是一瞬間都要提醒自己心存感激。

例如：

昨天發現老公洗了碗、倒了垃圾 （心存感激）

原本整夜都在哭鬧鼻涕倒流的孩子，昨夜哭鬧次數減少（心靈稍稍得到安慰）

今天的太陽公公好熱情（提醒我可以出門走走）

看了韓劇《一起吃飯嗎？》中的宋承憲，覺得又重新戀愛的感覺（湧出愛心泡泡）

決定找一首歌，讓身體隨著音樂擺動，閉上眼，用心感受空氣的流動。
